Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Glory 92 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts.
Glory 92 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, utility bill, or payment method screenshot. Accounts that fail or refuse verification may have withdrawals frozen until the process is completed.
All deposits and withdrawals on Glory 92 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
Glory 92 processes withdrawals in good faith and in line with the timeframes above. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank holidays, or system outages outside our direct control.
When you place a bet on Glory 92, you are entering into a contract with the platform at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance. Glory 92 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its absolute discretion and without explanation.

If your account is closed by Glory 92 for reasons other than fraud or breach of terms, any genuine cash balance remaining will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and pending cashback are non-refundable on closure.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting Glory 92 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled normally, and remaining cash balances will be returned.
